As per the deal between the federal government of Canada and Quebec, the Quebec is authorized in selecting its own migrants. You can apply for the Quebec Immigration Program with the following categories:

• Quebec Skilled Worker Program   
• Quebec Experienced Class

Quebec Skilled Worker Program-

The applicant must complete some selection criteria such as age, qualification, language proficiency in French and English to move to Quebec. You must apply to the government of Quebec for a certificate of selection which is known as “Certificat de sélection du Québec”. You need to take a medical exam and get a police verification done if you are wishing to apply in the Quebec Province.

Arrima is an online portal which is launched in 2018 for the applications under the Quebec Skilled Worker Program. To get an invitation you need to fill an Expression of Interest and submit under the Arrima Portal. Arrima can also be used to submit all the documents for the migration programs. When your interest is submitted it is valid for one year.

Quebec Experience Class-

If a candidate is having a qualification from the Quebec educational institute for minimum 12 months; they are eligible to apply for the Quebec Experience Class. The temporary skilled workers are eligible to apply if they have a valid employment and experience of minimum 2 years.  The migration program is beneficial for the students and experienced skilled workers for the permanent residency.
